They did laundry, and it was stolen in the place. And then, she has some trouble getting the medication that she needed; they are very slow in administering that. The place is very clean, and it is newer too. Thank you for the loving care of my dear Dad, Charles, over the past ten years.

There are calendars posted daily of activities available to residents. As of June 2019, my experience continues to be exceptional. My interactions with the office staff make me so appreciative.
I never had to worry about them, and I could visit every time I want to. The door was locked, and you could not get in unless you have a code. I liked the service that they gave us. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.

I can not say enough about the care we both receive which means a lot to a caregiver. There is no better feeling for a caregiver to know your loved one to be a facility where they are cared for. I recommend Briarwood to anyone looking for exceptional care. My friend has been forced to wait hours for pain medications and other medications. They say terrible things to her. The only activities are bingo and lots of religious offerings even though it is not a religious home.
My mother was very fortunate to have been in such caring hands. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all went above and beyond to make all the residents comfortable and wanted.
My Mom was admitted to Briarwood October 2018. Coming from a bad experience with her previous experience I was skeptical. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and only two resistance per room. I noticed the concern of the staff and their interactions with her and myself. The services needed for her rehabilitation was on the premises.
The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took good care of him, and the rooms were nice. The food looked and smelled good. I saw what my dad was eating, and he said it tasted good. They have birthday parties, pizza parties, dances, bingo, and arts and crafts. The dining room was nice and clean.
We would like to express to you our sincere appreciation for the constant care and compassion that you gave to Daisy for over 3 years. In your care we ALWAYS felt that Daisy was looked after with tenderness, love and understanding. True, many times she offered a challenge, however, your professionalism always gave us a worry free day. My dad was in Golden Living Center for a month now.
Really helped me out, showing me exercises,a nd how to other things needed so I could go home! You have a GREAT staff there, and I’m sure other people feel the same. I would highly recommend your facility to one and all. This holiday season I want to thank the kind and loving staff at Briarwood for the wonderful care. Everyone from Nursing, therapy, kitchen, housekeeping and the front office. You all were so gracious and work as such a great team.
I would again like to say “thank you” to all and certainly didn’t want to exclude anyone as I was treated with great respect. I was referred to Briarwood by a friend and I have no regrets. As an only child, I wanted the best for my dad and took my friend's advice. Their friendliness, the care the showed and the time they took to talk with me was terrific. My mother is in a rehab unit right now at Briarwood. We are a little less than pleased.
I was astounded how friendly each employee responded as I walked the halls. Since I have visited your establishment I’ve been pleased with the care each resident receives. I especially want to applaud every one of your staff.
My Uncle was here for approx a month for "rehab". I would ask for updates when I would arrive and was rarely informed by the staff, I had to rely on my Uncle to tell me. I was yelled at by the person in charge of the night shift as well as a couple other night/weekend nurses when I would complain about anything.
